To fulfill her childhood dream of becoming an activist for human rights Irene worked in public relations and a law firm while she was in law school.
After joining a military-industrial complex company called United Technology Corporation in Dallas and Washington D.C., she obtained the highest top-secret clearances before she traveled to Iran and Israel to market passive reconnaissance military radar.
During much of her life, she defended her once highly successful, then later brain-damaged father from a nefariously tangled web of government whose prosecutors did not hesitate to ignore laws and the constitution.
She was appalled by the government’s thoroughly pervasive lawlessness and corruption at all levels. Irene saw the unbridled willingness of government bureaucrats to use malicious prosecution and lies to make quotas and acquire promotions, as a threat to the stability and future of America and one which urgently needed to be exposed.
Extreme government misconduct and abuse of power she witnessed was so horrifying that she had no choice but to dedicate her life to being an activist for criminal justice reform and more humane treatment for the enormous numbers the mentally ill currently in the U.S prison system.
Both her blog and book which are titled Truth, Treasure and Triumph, were created to help defend America from the ravages of government corruption with the hope of promoting justice and the constitution for a better future for Americans and for people everywhere.
